Hello, friends! Finally, the weather is giving us favorable conditions for observing the starry sky. As part of our project "Look at the Stars" with the support of the online publication "Orenburg Media" and the social investment program "Native Cities" (Gazpromneft-Orenburg), we invite you to meet under the starry sky! Watch the sunset, take part in an excursion to the constellations and bright stars, observe star clusters, planets and galaxies through telescopes, and also chat with equally passionate people.

Venue: Mount Goryun (35 km from the exit from Orenburg on the road to Saraktash)

- 21:20 — gathering of participants
- 21:30 — start of the program: excursion to summer objects in the sky, bright stars and visible objects of deep space (clusters, galaxies and nebulae)
- 22:30 — start of observations through telescopes
- End of the event — no later than the end of navigational twilight (03:00)
Participation conditions:
- The event is free (but we will be glad to receive your donations)
- Recommended age: from 6 years old
- No registration required
Necessary items:
- Warm clothes (it is cold in the steppe at night)
- Tourist mat (foam), blanket or chair
- Tea, juice, water
- Sandwiches, cookies or candies
- It is recommended to treat clothes against ticks
How the astrovisit goes:
- You get to the venue on your own.
- The first part of the program is a lecture hall with multimedia equipment on the topic of the astrovisit.
- The second part is observations of the starry sky, a tour of the constellations and observations through telescopes.
- You can leave the event at any time.
